Maroubra Remedial Massage mission is to reduce pain, increase movement and body awareness. Our focus to help clients reach and maintain a high level of health and wellbeing so they can reach their personal fitness, work or life goals, pain and injury free. Our philosophy is simple: quality remedial massage. All treatments are tailored to your individual needs, whether to treat chronic pain or injuries, muscle tension or if you just want to unwind. Barbara has completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage at Australia College of Natural Therapy in Sydney in 2008, since then she has continued to further her study and training in Myofascial Cupping, Pregnancy Massage, Stone Therapy and a Certificate 4 in Fitness.

Barbara has developed her own unique massage style. Using a wide range of manual techniques. She tailors each massage to the client’s needs so that each treatment has an effect on general well-being, as well as onposture correction, alignment, muscular length and improving sports performance and movement. She has a lot of experience in treating headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain and dysfunction and upper & lower back pain as well as in sport injuries. She is also pregnancy massage trained. Barbara is a registered member with ATMS and covers all health funds for claiming. She looks forward to treating you. She is fully vaccinated.
